Susan and Bethany took leadership at BIM Group through developing a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mission statement and plan for initiatives with next steps. Leading with empathy and disciplined, methodical guidance, People Pinnacle created a collaborative and healthy environment for introducing this work. BIM Group came away with action items and a working timeline customized to the seasonality of their work, demonstrating People Pinnacle’s innate responsiveness to the needs of their clients.

EOP Architects engaged People Pinnacle for a strategic plan to align company goals, objectives, and agendas at a critical time in the company – as they brought on new partners. By engaging the right people through the process, EOP was able to articulate roles and responsibilities, produce a blueprint for navigating an evolving leadership team, and weather (unexpectedly) the challenges of a pandemic.

Susan facilitated strategic conversation with the board at their first-ever all-day retreat. Susan’s skill set as a facilitator, strategic thinker, and high-level communicator transcended industry. Although not an expert in aviation, it was Susan’s experience, technique, and expertise in understanding perspectives and various stakeholder interests that was pivotal for this work. The board ultimately had important strategic conversation and, through working sessions with Susan, identified key priorities moving forward.

People Pinnacle’s work with Traditional Bank underscores Susan and Bethany’s capacity for implementing big change in organizations. In order to be effective with execution, People Pinnacle engaged employees in focus groups, coached leadership through expectations and challenges, and personally provided training to staff who would be impacted by significant change. Over the course of several years, People Pinnacle has partnered with Traditional Bank to initiate strategic succession planning, leadership development plans, and performance management. It is a synergistic relationship based on trust, balance, transparency, and mutual respect.
