Susan’s 25+ years of experience as a classically-trained management consultant – paired with her innate ability to connect with others – drives her work to effectively implement organizational change. Her career includes decades of strategic HR work, leadership development, and enhancing employee performance at Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Lexmark International.
When she isn’t inspiring and engaging clients, Susan might be spending time with family, gardening, or indulging her passion for interior design. She moved frequently as a child before settling in Kentucky and still loves to travel, enjoying the experience of new cultures and food.
